Let’s be honest: when we choose thread, we usually don’t start with the thread.
We start with the fabric.
You fall in love with a collection, pull your favorite prints, choose a pattern, make a very optimistic little pile on the cutting table — and then, suddenly, the thread question wanders in wearing sensible shoes:
What on earth am I going to sew this with?
